We have been involved and supported the Graphic Designers of Canada as their exclusive Sponsor of Promotional Products for Graphex 2006. This is the National Awards for Graphic Designers across Canada.
The 2006 winning pieces were selected by an international panel of judges from more than 600 submissions. The judges were: - Rick Poyner, London (United Kingdom) - Min Wang, Beijing (China) - Debbie Millman, New York (United States) - Tan Le, Seattle (United States) - Robert Sarner, Toronto (Canada) Awards of Merit were presented in the Annual Report, Book, Brochure, Catalogue, Corporate Identity, Editorial/Magazine, Environmental, Invitation, Logo, Packaging, Poster, Self Promotion, Advertising, Website and Other categories. Awards of Excellence were presented for Book, Brochure, Calagoue, Poster, Editorial, Environmental, Invitation, Self Promotion, Advertising, Website and Other categories. In addition, individual judges each made a selection for recognition. Included with the exhibition is 25 50 anniversary commemorative posters by GDC Fellows. This year marks the GDC's 50 anniversary.
